Kaarigo enables sellers to ship products seamlessly across India through DTDC’s integrated logistics network. By default, all logistics, pickup, transportation, and delivery services on Kaarigo are facilitated through DTDC, ensuring standardized service levels, reliable delivery, and end-to-end shipment visibility.

Through this arrangement, sellers can focus on growing their business, while Kaarigo and DTDC handle the complexities of pickup, transportation, and delivery to customers.

Shipping Coverage

       Kaarigo currently supports pan-India shipping

       Pickups and deliveries are executed solely via DTDC

       International shipping may be enabled in the future and will be governed by a separate policy

 

How to Ship Your Orders in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Process Orders via the Kaarigo Seller Panel

       Log in to the Kaarigo Seller Panel

       Accept the order within the stipulated timeline of 48 hrs (2 Days).

       Download and print the Shipping Label and Manifest generated by the system

Step 2: Pack Your Product for Dispatch

       Pack the product securely as per the standard packaging guidelines shared by Kaarigo team.

       Ensure:

       Product is properly cushioned

       All accessories, manuals, and freebies (if applicable) are included

       Shipping label is clearly pasted on the outer package

Step 3: Handover to DTDC Pickup Partner

       DTDC will pick up the shipment from your registered pickup address

       The shipment will be delivered directly to the customer

Once handed over, sellers can track shipment status in real time through the Kaarigo Seller Panel.

Shipping Timeline (SLA)

       Sellers must ship orders within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation

       This timeline is referred to as the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

       Sellers can view:

       Remaining dispatch days

       Pickup status

       Delivery progress
directly on the Seller Panel

Failure to adhere to SLA may impact seller performance metrics.

Returns & RTO (Return to Origin)

Customer Returns

       Customers may initiate returns as per Kaarigo’s Return & Refund Policy

       Returned shipments are routed back to the seller via DTDC

RTO (Return to Origin)

       Shipments that are undelivered due to reasons such as:

       Customer unavailability

       Incorrect address

       Refusal at delivery
 will be marked as RTO and returned to the seller

       Three delivery attempts will be made before marking for RTO.

Return & RTO Shipping Charges

       Customer-Initiated Returns

       Sellers may be charged a return shipping fee, calculated based on shipment weight and location

       RTO Shipments

       Additional forward shipping fee is charged for RTOs

       All return and RTO-related charges, if applicable, are transparently visible in the Seller Panel

Tools & Tracking

Kaarigo provides sellers with comprehensive tools to:

       Track pickups, deliveries, returns, and RTOs

       View shipment-level and order-level details

       Monitor logistics charges and settlement history

Order Cancellation Policy (Shipping Perspective)

Order Cancellation Penalty

Sellers may be charged upto 100% of Kaarigo Commission (if order not accepted or if order accepted, but not dispatched on due date) of the value of items in an order as a cancellation charge for seller-fulfilled orders that are cancelled under either of the following scenarios:

  1. The order is cancelled by the seller for any reason other than buyer request. (Only cancellations requested by buyers through the Kaarigo.com website are considered buyer-requested cancellations and will be exempt from the cancellation charge.)
  2. The order is cancelled automatically by kaarigo because the seller has not shipped and confirmed shipping of the order within 24 hours of the estimated ship date.

 

Important Notes

       All shipments must be routed only through DTDC

       Sellers are prohibited from using any third-party courier for Kaarigo orders

       Any deviation may result in order cancellation or seller account action

Policy Updates

Kaarigo reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Logistics Policy from time to time. Sellers are advised to review the policy periodically for updates.
